Len (Vasudeva) Paarman is a `60’ something retiree with strong societal values. A family man, he has embarked on a personal journey to improve and enhance physical, mental and spiritual well-being. A desire to learn authentic yoga and meditation led a path to Ananda Marga. This association has expanded over a number of years to warmly embrace Ananda Marga philosophies, principles and values.

Vasudeva is passionate about nature and a strong supporter of habitat preservation to minimise the appalling loss of species around the globe.
